Horrible Experience

He made a mistake with the link he sent, then blamed us. He made a mistake by sending us someone else’s rental and didn’t have one readily available for us 50 mins past the beginning of our rental time. When I explained to him that now we will be late to the wedding we were going to, he canceled our rental. Then he said he’d only still let us use the car if we gave a $100 deposit. We finally managed to talk some sense into him, yet he continuously inundated us with surprise fees which were not disclosed before. Horrible horrible expirience. Well not be renting from him again.
